Zakiya Adams-Collins brings over 10 years of multifamily management compliance and financial analysis experience to Clarendon's appraisal and compliance team, specializing in HUD-regulated affordable housing programs across the Northeast region. As a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser Trainee, she combines comprehensive regulatory expertise with strong analytical and financial management capabilities.

Ms. Adams-Collins extensive background includes detailed compliance assessments, managing complex affordable housing portfolios, and ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance for multifamily housing programs. Her experience also includes processing HUD Section 8 and LIHTC certifications, managing tenant income verifications, and developing compliance frameworks while maintaining adherence to HUD, HPD, and HFA requirements.

She excels in market analysis, tenant eligibility determinations, and building strategic relationships with housing authorities, property managers, and community stakeholders. Her dual bachelor's degrees in Finance and Accounting CPA provide strong analytical foundations for comprehensive financial assessments and compliance monitoring.

With degrees in Finance and Accounting CPA from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management, Ms. Adams-Collins leverages her financial expertise and regulatory knowledge to support Clarendon's mission of delivering compliance through expertise and innovation. She works collaboratively with senior appraisal staff while advancing toward certified general appraiser status.
