Mr. Baker is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser performing commercial analyses. Assignments completed throughout the Midwest including; Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky. Projects include all types of commercial analyses ranging from simple to very difficult in complexity including; land development, residential, industrial, retail, hotel and mixed-use properties. Specialized properties appraised include; access easements, land leases, places of worship, condominium development/sell-off. Other responsibilities include; Market Studies, HUD Rent Comparable Studies, GSA Fair Annual Rent (FAR) Studies.

Mr. Baker’s education includes Eastern Michigan University where he majored in Business Administration and Finance.
