VICE PRESIDENT

Myra Lillard brings over 30 years of comprehensive real estate appraisal and brokerage expertise to Clarendon's leadership team as Vice President for Appraisals and Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. With engineering training from Purdue University and the distinguished CRA designation, she combines technical precision with proven industry leadership as Past President of the National Society of Real Estate Appraisers and Past President of the Central Indiana Realtist Association.

Ms. Lillard performs technical appraisal reviews and complex commercial analyses with specialized expertise in multifamily and residential properties. Her distinguished career includes extensive work with government agencies including INDOT, Indianapolis Airport Authority for relocation appraisals, and federal programs as an FHA, VA, and FNMA approved appraiser, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

She excels in eminent domain appraisals, income capitalization analysis, and providing comprehensive appraisal review services across diverse property types. Her unique background in engineering provides analytical precision in complex valuation assignments, while her extensive professional organization leadership demonstrates commitment to industry excellence and professional development.

With her engineering education from Purdue University, Principal Broker license, and active leadership in multiple professional organizations including NAREB Board membership and representation on The Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council, Ms. Lillard supports Clarendon's mission of delivering compliance through expertise and innovation while ensuring the highest standards of appraisal quality and regulatory compliance.
