Ms. Borbon extensive background includes onsite HUD compliance reviews, managing complex property portfolios, and drafting detailed Management and Occupancy Review (MOR) reports in accordance with federal regulations. Her experience also includes managing 500+ residential and commercial units while maintaining LIHTC, NMTC, HPD, and DHCR compliance, capital improvements oversight, and regulatory reporting.

She excels in market analysis, comparable sales research, and maintaining critical relationships with property owners, agents, and regulatory agencies. Her bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) and proficiency with industry systems enhance her ability to serve diverse clients across multiple markets.

With a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from Berkeley College, Ms. Borbon leverages her analytical skills and regulatory expertise to support Clarendon's mission of delivering compliance through expertise and innovation.
