Ms. Moss is a seasoned professional with over 30 years' experience in the financial services and real estate industries - including successful real estate brokerage operations and 25 years as a commercial real estate appraiser, broker, and market analyst.

Ms. Moss is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in several states including: Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Pennsylvania, with temporary licenses issued in most other states. She also holds Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Instructor licenses, as well as Ohio Lead Risk Assessor and NSPIRE Inspector certifications.

Ms. Moss' education includes the University of London/London School of Economics and Northeastern University, where she majored in Economics and Finance.

Ms. Moss is a member of: REEC (Real Estate Executive Council), CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), ULI (Urban Land Institute), NSREA (National Society of Real Estate Appraisers), Appraisal Institute, and NAREB (National Association of Real Estate Brokers).
