FOUNDER, MANAGING PRINCIPAL

Eve Moss is the Founder and Managing Principal of Clarendon, a multifamily specialist with over 30 years of experience in the financial services and real estate industries, including 25 years as a commercial and residential real estate broker, appraiser, and market analyst, she has established Clarendon as a leading provider of government compliance and advisory solutions nationwide.

Ms. Moss provides executive leadership and strategic direction for Clarendon's comprehensive services, specializing in HUD-compliant services, property inspections, facility support, and strategic guidance for agencies, housing authorities, and property owners.

She excels in both residential and commercial property transactions, leveraging her deep valuation expertise to provide comprehensive real estate services from affordable housing and first-time homebuyer programs to complex commercial investments. Licensed as both a Real Estate Broker and Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in multiple states including California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Pennsylvania, she maintains the highest standards of professional excellence across all service lines.

With education from the University of London/London School of Economics and Northeastern University in Economics and Finance, Ms. Moss leads Clarendon's mission of delivering compliance through expertise and innovation. Her past leadership roles with Codman Square NDC, Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, and Boston Federal Reserve, combined with membership in REEC, CREW, ULI, NSREA, Appraisal Institute, and NAREB, demonstrate her commitment to industry advancement and community development.
