Mr. Bunnell performs technical appraisal reviews and complex commercial analyses, specializing in HUD compliance, multifamily housing programs, and government agency services. His distinguished career includes senior positions with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Indiana Department of Transportation, and extensive work with affordable housing development projects including LIHTC, Section 8, and FHA programs.

He excels in appraisal review assignments, MAP loan processing oversight, and providing expert witness testimony in eminent domain cases. His comprehensive experience encompasses single-family and multifamily housing programs, Rent Comparability Studies (RCS), and technical review processes that ensure compliance with federal regulations and industry standards.
