Beverly Easterwood brings over 35 years of comprehensive real estate appraisal and consulting expertise to Clarendon's leadership team as Vice President and Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Licensed in Kansas and Missouri with the distinguished CRA designation from the National Society of Real Estate Appraisers, she combines extensive government agency experience with proven industry leadership as the first female president in the organization's 58-year history.

Ms. Easterwood performs technical appraisal reviews and complex commercial analyses across diverse property types including warehouses, office buildings, apartment complexes, medical facilities, and specialized properties. Her distinguished career includes extensive work with federal agencies, appointed positions with courts, and consulting services for state legislatures, housing authorities, and government acquisition projects.

She excels in condemnation appraisals, expert witness testimony, and providing forensic appraisal services for legal proceedings. Currently serving on the Kansas Real Estate Appraisal Board by gubernatorial appointment as Vice President, she maintains expertise in Market Studies for LIHTC properties, Rent Comparability Studies, and Comprehensive Needs Assessments for HUD-insured properties.

With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University and post-graduate real estate studies from Rockhurst College, Ms. Easterwood supports Clarendon's mission of delivering compliance through expertise and innovation. She provides executive leadership while maintaining hands-on expertise in the most complex government compliance and specialized appraisal assignments.
