Real Estate Appraisal Training

Our Real Estate Appraisal Training Programs are designed to provide education and training for young people who are interested in careers in real estate. We actively seek to recruit talented people, the opportunities range from internships to full-time jobs and all positions offer an opportunity to learn firsthand about our firm and the real estate industry. Participants in our programs are also eligible to apply for scholarships for Qualifying Appraisal Education.

Summer Internship

The internship is open to any high school student who has the curiosity and drive to learn about a career in real estate appraisal. Interns receive meaningful and practical training while working alongside company professionals. The program is designed to provide direct exposure to the real estate industry.

Real Estate Research Analyst Internship

This internship is for candidates currently pursuing a college or university degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or Mathematics/Statistics and is usually undertaken during the junior or senior year of study. During the program interns work side-by-side with the professionals in our firm assisting in the research and data collection of economic, demographic and general real estate market trends for inputs into our assignments.

Real Estate Analyst Program

This program is open to final year undergraduate and graduate level students studying Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics and is ideally suited to those with little or no work experience. New analyst will learn a great deal about the firm and the industry, working side-by-side with the appraisers in our firm assisting in the analysis of economic, demographic and general real estate market trends and preparing market studies and appraisals of multi-family properties. This is a three-year program, designed to prepare qualified candidates for licensing as a Certified General Real Property Appraiser.
